Dusty Wahl
Dusty Wahl owns and operates Cosmic Coffee in Northeast Minneapolis's Waite Park neighborhood. A longtime local customer before taking over three years ago, he runs a sustainable one-person operation serving locally-roasted coffee (including his signature Mac and Midnight blend) and breakfast burritos. Living two blocks away, Dusty has created more than a coffee shop. Cosmic is a community hub where he knows customers' names and stories. The space doubles as a gallery for local artists, with artwork for sale (commission-free), reflecting his commitment to authentic neighborhood connection.
